Whenever I hear and see Lolli sing in these videos, it's like hearing a mournful breeze on the wind, in the best way possible. I just wanna reach out over the internet, give her a hug and say "it'll be ok". Majorly pulls at my empathy strings. I know it's just a performance, but I am convinced of her pain when I hear her sing songs like this. Also, her voice is akin to the flute portrayed in the video, at times clear as a bell, other times a whisper that conveys a quiet loss that we sometimes feel when we are alone. We know she can belt like a champ, but she never adds too much, she keeps her considerable vocal prowess in service to the message she is conveying. Anyway, if you do read this, thanks again Lolli, so glad you are giving us more of your skill and talent to the world. You are every bit as good as the people you react to on your other channel, thank you for sharing your personal work with us.

I said it in premiere but I'll say it again 🙂 The darkness is strong with this one. It was an aching, powerful experience, and I was truly moved by the burning ropes, it was so freeing. Made me cry. It hits close to home, the hurt inner child that sometimes is chaining us indefinitely until we learn to let go. Coming here after just watching the Charismatic Voice analysis. Wanted to hear the song & video uninterrupted. This gives me Tori Amos vibes. Not any particular song. Just the way you use the voice. And the expression that's in it. Tori is one of my favorite artists of all time. And this for me is up there with her. Such vocal control & emotion. Exquisite.
