This wonderful community you have built is really a extension of you and we are simply reflecting back all the love that you give to us. 🫶🫶 I think the new song is my favorite of yours and as I was listening I kept thinking of you telling us that you were singing it as the five-year-old Lolli trying to keep your parents from splitting and it made it so much more poignant, emotional and vulnerable. I really do think it’s your best songwriting and performance. I hope this song gets a great deal of exposure and brings you all the success that you deserve (and you deserve a lot)❤️❤️

From your comments, I understand that you are working with an extremely limited budget. The beautiful part about this video is that there is no evidence of that, anywhere in this production. Another beautifully written and performed piece of music. Not my words but you bring them to mind: In an era defined by complexity and constant transformation, the Renaissance Woman emerges as a timeless archetype that transcends the boundaries of history. Her unique embodiment of multifaceted wisdom, perpetually inquisitive spirit, and boundless creativity evokes admiration and inspiration across generations. Kudos 👏🏻👏🏻

So beautiful and melancholy. This is one of the most heartbreaking songs I've ever heard. I wouldn't want the singer to have less compassion for the other person or to care for them less, but I wish she could care for herself, too. Right from the beginning ("If I could have held my cheeks a little higher, long enough for you to smile") the singer questions if she could have made her loved one happier by hiding her own feelings behind a forced smile. Throughout the song, she wonders what she could have done differently, but never asks the same of the other person. When I heard, "I would save so many tears, I'd build a sea" I wondered if she'd save them by not shedding them or rather by gathering them all up. When what followed was "We would sail upon forever/Fly away from all your fears/To a land where people never go to sleep," I thought that by not sleeping, the person she loved would escape their nightmares (fly away from their fears.) Then the next line was "‘Cause if I could be with you/I would already be living in my dream" and I realized that by not sleeping, the singer would escape her reality (live within her dream.) Just heartrending. I hurt so much for both of these people. The singer looks composed and beautiful (and dry!) while she questions things she could have changed (faked her smile, held on tighter, cherry-picked her words.) Next, she considers asking gravity to work a little harder so the other person might fall in love. Such a clever phrase, but also just so wistful and lovely. Even though the question is fanciful, it is still rooted in reality; in its most common usage, gravity is the force that causes things (including people!) on Earth to fall. That phrase is also a beautiful transition: the next time the singer talks about changing things, she is crying and bedraggled. She appears to have just come from the sea, and thus the line between reality and dreamscape is blurred. Ingenious; the image is perfectly reflected in the lyrics. The singer is no longer wondering what she could have done in the real world, but now talking about things she could only do were she dreaming (making a potion to turn the salty ocean sweet, or spinning cotton candy from the clouds.) One word really stood out to me when the singer cries "Why you still so quiet, nothing good can come of silence/How I wish that you could tell me out loud." She said "could." If she had said "would" it might have conveyed at least a hint of frustration. With "could" the singer seems to recognize that the person they love isn't able to put their feelings into words. There is no recrimination here, only compassion and pain. “Cause if I could be with you /I would already be living in a world that I designed/The day I looked into your eyes/You’re all I’ll ever need/I won’t ever ask, again, for anything/Cause if I could be with you, I would already be living in my dream.” If I hadn’t already been crying, I would have started here. The protagonist is so empathetic, caring, imaginative, and creative; she is brimming over with love for others, but she doesn’t seem to see or value any of this in herself. She would give up everything she is and everything she could be for this one person. “All we need is love” is true, but we also need love for all, including ourselves. **DISCLAIMER** I'm just sharing my first impressions of this gorgeous song, and IN NO WAY claiming or even implying that my interpretation is more valid than that of anyone else. If the song meant something else to you, I (and I'm sure the other fans) would love to hear it! If anyone even reads this, I hope that nobody comments that some interpretations are right and others wrong.**end of nervous babble**

I said during the premiere that I'd comment. I COMMENTED! I left a comment when Rosalie interviewed you last week, and I admitted that I rarely do so because I always feel that others have already said all that I would say, and more eloquently than I ever could. Rosalie thanked me "for being part of the convo w us by listening and processing and commenting." Her response has had a big impact on me. I realized that a comment doesn't have to say something that others haven't already said; it can have a positive effect even if you don't say very much. Taking a moment to write something is better than never writing anything at all; at the very least it tells the creator that you watched their content and it meant something to you. (This isn't rocket science, but it was still a revelation to me. 😂) Anyway, I'm not sure how my response to "Build A Sea" ended up being 10000x longer than I meant it to be. I just love you (and Daphne) and I found the song incredibly moving and beautiful. ❤

The word that came to mind listening to this the first time was magical. But the thing is, while it definitely has that feel, it has so much more- It has soul. There is a very palpable feel to your songs because so much of you goes into them. Your songs are like experiencing a seventeen course meal in a McDonald's world; A very welcome change to the unfortunate, all-too-familiar corporate algorithms that pass as so much of music today. When I get to hear something like this, a song that flows over and through me, a song that is felt, not just heard, I appreciate it for the rare gift that it is. I'm your newest and perhaps biggest new Patreon fan! I have listened to hundreds of "REACTION" videos, and yours caught me. No, not the hilarious antics, funny quips, self deprecating humor (I love that), its that behind all that you give us tiny clues in your REACTIONS just how vocally talented and trained you are. I am a self proclaimed Lara Fabian junkie and you are the only Coach (I prefer Artist) that can truly explain and more importantly DEMONSTRATE (my first reaction to your reaction was "Holy shi..., SHE can sing, and I wasn't talking about Lara) what it is about her that makes us all so defenseless. I have been impressed with "The Trinity" and seen all three of them in concert, but I was never infected with their art. As I watched your video, I started smiling. Yep, I was SOL (smiling out loud). Because it hit me. You and MS Fabian, if I only get to pick ONE quality, one attribute, only one proclivity (singing attributes aside), I have to choose FEARLESS. i LOVED your video and I FEEL your talent. I can't tell you why I like one wine over another, I don't swirl it, I don't smell it, I don't hold it up to the light nor watch it fall down the side of the glass. I just taste it and I know that I love it. With singers its different, I am hoping you can help me understand WHY, when I hear a song (like yours) I get chills, I get sucked into this all too fleeting moment where we are taking by the hand and commanded a very subtle, very particular kind of tenderness. Your Newest Fan, KevinC P. S. I almost forgot, please watch for requests of several of my favorite Lara Fabian songs on Patreon and supporting you for YOUR talent. Laura Fabian is a jewel, a treasure that has been completely lost and overlooked....at least here in the US. I plan to invest heavily in bringing awareness to this tragedy. I need your help to bring awareness to deprived American fans. I have my Paris 2025 tickets already. L'Amérique aime aussi Lara Fabian !

So intelligent. So genuine. So bright. So talanted. Love your humor and your way to convey your passions and knowledge. With the risk of sounding like a stalker. I think you would make a great friend. The people that have you in their life should really cherish and cheer you on.

Lolliiiiii! I couldn't resist squeezing in a viewing or two before I set off again. Too many good things to say. A tear and two tissues later... and I have to drive! Celebrate well, Blue One. You are making Herstory! 💙💓💙💓💙
