Yeah, they are kinda trapped with the overall vibe... They can't even use the "Ancestral armor" idea because of the opposing culture of BE and NE. Add to it the fel green/purple, the "gottagofast" leather sets who have less material than those "slow rogue"... The convinient way of solving this should be to make the DH reflect on themself and built a proper order (and a proper identity/wardrobe... and a new spec ?) now that the Legion is defeated for good, with many year of constant watch just for a big "IF they come back" now gone... Also, with the slow and steady flow of hero now retiring. It's a chance to see DH, DK, Monk (Lily Stormstout?), (EDIT : and a warlock!)... join the pool of "Heroic NPC" who give a damn about Azeroth.

@@simondemoulin5815 true they need to expand the lore. also some meta customisation is needed. Druid have em, hunter have pets, even shaman can get a couple of different spirit wolf. DH still stuck in legion. They had no development at all

@@jeje4131 When you think about it : - all vanilla classes (except one I'll talk later) are "self-sufficient" : always in need of warrior, priesthood, mage can study new tricks,... - Death Knights have a duty over Ice Crown even after the end of Shadowlands because of any renegade undead/lich/necromancer. - Monks are literally the footman of Pandaria. There is a whole continent (and a turtle) thinking they are awesome. - Evoker are linked with the Drachtyr race. Despite the rediscovery of the Dragon Isles, they are still discovering the rest of the world. The Demon Hunter and the Warlock are in an odd position. The first because of the absence of their main target and the second because while the fel magic isn't dead, there is a risk of re-summoning someone who could liberate the Legion, aka currently the most dangerous magic right now... but must admit they are kinda "scorched earth solution / we are not playing nice anymore" that do have his charm.

I think every set except DH looks incredible, but the only thing that constantly weirds me out from the set design team is when they make these MASSIVE boots, or shoes which have HUGE armored pieces on a character’s toes. It’s like.. how the hell would they walk in them?

Personly, I would have have change a bit the DK set. "We took inspiration of existing characters"... Yeah, the Lich King yada yada, but did they forget about the Baron Rivendare ? He was actually the very first DK the player encounter and can defeat. The Four Horsemen came later and are more difficult because of their different color scheme. For me, replacing the hooded helmet with a mask + face marking + simple crown would have been a nice change for a plate user. I have nothing to say about the rest of the set : It's classical and harmonious, a few "clothes" part (is this set the dark reflection of the Paladin T2?) to make him look less heavy. If you remove the helmet, pauldron and belt, only pieces that could remind a Frost DK, you can turn it into a Blood or Unholy DK without a problem.

Purchased. The PTR is up now and I had a look. They’re 80 of the new currency coins per set, and from what I can tell these coins are awarded 1-3 or so per daily, so they’re gonna take some grinding to get.

What’s amazing about the original Judgment set is that it looked as good as it did with so few 3d assets and so much of it just “painted” on… it is one of the few OG WoW sets that has held up decently well over the years, and while I think the new one looks great, I don’t think it’s as transformative as some of these other updated sets simply because they did not look as good as Judgment with their lack of texturing… Wrath in particular looks INCREDIBLE to me. While I understand why they went with T2, I’d still love to see modern reinterpretations of T3, and I say that as someone who has full T3 Dreadnaught.

when the anniversary event begins in late October, you have to do various activities tied to the event to get some tokens that u can then trade for the full set when talking to the vendor (look up wow 20th anniversary event, there are a lot of good explanatory videos if you are still lost)

There's a lot of cool looking sets, sucks they did it dirty for the Hunter class lol. It's pretty ugly transmog no offense, and Shaman too. Judgement Paladin will always be the best looking transmog set and now even in this remastered version it just slaps hard. I don't play Paladin, but I'll be sure to roll one to get my hands on this awesome mog!

Not T2 sets though, tier drops in a raid. This is a grind that is almost as bad as farming T2 the first time was. This should be a simple reskin and add monk etc to BWL.
