So what happens to the new car warranty now? Does BAW or superior cover the driveline, engine and brakes etc when stuff starts to go wrong? I’m sure Toyota won’t be

⁠​⁠@@calamarininjabeast5866 As with any aftermarket upgrade your original suspension is removed so is no longer cover under warranty. Under consumer law a manufacturer has to prove an aftermarket part installation has caused the fault in order to deny a warranty claim. An aftermarket part is covered under the manufacturers warranty (superior in this case) and installation warranty under BAW. For eg. A vehicle manufacturer can not deny a warranty claim on the engine if it has not been touched because a vehicle has aftermarket suspension

⁠@@BAWAutomotive just being real the customer isn’t going to have any Toyota warranty on the engine and driveline. You guys have modified more than the springs the rear end, tail shafts, brake lines etc plus he’s obviously putting big wheels on it - your customer may not care he’ll have to pay for upgraded clutches, brakes or a new engine but he should be made aware of the consequences
