For anyone wondering, @3:42 translates to (special thanks to @Yompi_ for the correction): I live badly here. The working environment is not livable and the benefits are lacking. But don't worry, only about ten people are seriously injured every day, and I'm very careful. We opened a small shop and the business was good. Although I don’t know English very well, I can understand it a little bit. (Google Translate was used in my original post, which is far from perfect.)

Google translate can be a bit weird when you have such a blurry image, also this is written in traditional Chinese so actually historically accurate! I can read this to a degree (again this is very blurry and the handwriting, well is subpar) and this is actually what it says, more or less. 1st line: My life living here is very bad/poor. (差，meaning not of good quality, this is the easiest line, but somehow google translate loves getting this one wrong) 2nd line: The working environment is not enough (?），very little working benefits. 3rd line: but no need to worry, each day only around 10 people get severely injured 4th line: but I'm very careful 5th line: we opened a small shop(illegible to me but I'll just trust google translate on this one), business is not bad. 6th line: although I can't understand English very well, but I can still do it a bit. Why did I spend time doing this? No idea.
