I'm not gonna lie, I'm really glad B33f got the idea of making more comprehensive guide/tutorial for MWO into the air and that people picked it up. This video is very interesting and as someone who's trying to get friends into BT and MWO I find it useful to ahve actual guide to show them. I'm a decent teacher but I only have so much experience and knowledge

so i notice your 6R has 176 armor points in the CT and the one i am looking at in the store which is also a 6R only has 150 armor points in the CT ----- WTF?

I have been running a somewhat similar DPS build on my Battlemaster. Two RAC 2's, a single LMG and two Large pulse lasers. Its a sketchy build since they dont have alot of armor for an assault and the ballistics are on the left arm so positioning is even more important because when the dual racs start firing and never stop the enemy team takes notice and they focus fire so you cant just face people down like a fafnir, but its still a fun mech to play even if that reason is completely held up by its jam quirk.

those were some good games ! really showed how your positioning made the build shine. you were nearly game over in the first minute of bearclaw, but managed to top damage. then 1400 next game? great plays in an interesting build.

they are nerfing the Lrg X pulse in the next patch, a bit less range, a bit more heat but seeing this build (and so many recent others) and the way this weapon is completely dominating the battlefield nowadays, i don t think that this going to be enough I think that they need to nerf the dmg as well, clearly, Lrg x pulse is easy mode at the moment

on top of that, it is a pinpoint, no skill, no-need-aim weapon that just requires you to stare at the target, no twisting, one button destruction

......... weren't they horrible in the eyes of the community a month ago? You should be rewarded with good dps when you stare an enemy down. Peeking once for an instant shot once every 5 seconds should not be as rewarding. This really just reeks of a "the way it has always been" mentality that will stifle anything that resembles any advancement in the gameplay of MWO outside of established, stale roles.

when you have one or two its not that bad when you can fire 4 then its an issue, they dont need to nerf it, they should be 3 crit slots so you have to sacrifice something else to make them fit, they did say the x pulses were going to go through some tweaks till its balenced
