I used to not understand why people go to a gym to exercise when they could just do that at home, but then I realized it is no fun doing sit-ups on the carpet of your bedroom floor all by yourself, there is no motivation. But at the gym there will always be motivation with a bunch of really fit people all around you! People say appearance shouldn't matter, but it does. The first thing you notice about a person is how they look, and looking good also makes the person who looks good happy, confident in their own body. A smile matters too! 😄💖😉

Well I lost 25kg at home in 6 months, trust me there are many other things that people can do instead of popular exercises such as sit ups or any other exercise that has to be repeated over and over that turn humans demotivated. All you have to do is trying out new things and taking care of yourself Have a good day

@@xxo8888 I used to do many varieties of push ups and tried to learn many other things such as handstand but that was after 4 or 5 months because before that I was just an obese boy no able to do even 1 push up and trust me if you start all the way from beginning and not give up you'll achieve what you want earlier. One of my mistakes that I made was that I didn't care about the diet maybe if you do that it will work for you earlier and also do more cardio such as mountain climber or even walking after every meal for at least 15 to 20 Hope that you found it helpful Have a good day

it's way better to just find physical activities that are productive than wasting calories accomplishing nothing at a gym or home gym. She was an unemployed, divorced woman & her son, my ex, was her meal ticket! Therefore she didn't ever want him to marry anyone. My 2nd ex bf was an alcoholic, drug-addict & a smoker to boot, smh. My 3rd & last bf, became my husband. He was my knight in shining armor but these witches killed him out of jealousy towards me! I found this out by visiting clairvoyant after I got suspicious cuz waaaaay too many awful n strange things happened to me n my family. I held nothing against these evil parasites but the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.

@HereIAm2475 жыл бұрын
I used to think some people could never be attractive, especially myself. Now I am not so sure. I have noticed, the things that makes people unattractive is never their features/genetics, but what they do with them. I have seen so many people, who were very attractive, despite having features that would normally be considered unattractive. Really, these features are just different; not necessarily good or bad. If you take notice, attractive people have several things in common. They tend to have great posture and body language, and be confident. (genuinely confident, not false confidence). They are very well-groomed; they take care of their hygiene, and knows how to enhance their features through clothing, hairstyles and other things. And they tend to take good care of their body and skin (keeping it in good health; not necessarily having one specific body or face. The thing is; both your body and your mind affect each other. Good posture will give you a more confident state of mind, and hunching over will make you feel less significant than everyone else. This will trigger certain behavioural patterns, which will make you take steps to be either more or less attractive to others. Both in your behaviour and your habits. But these are all things we can work on and improve. Why look like someone else? Why not make the most out of what you have, and be attractive YOUR way? Because there is probably more potential than you think.

Agreed, nicely said. And the takeaway message to dudes from this video-get buff and probably grow some facial hair. I’m kinda kidding but for real women need to stop fighting time and age (a futile endeavor if ever there was one) with plastic surgery and excess injections, it quite literally makes the face look beaten up, swollen and distorted and doesn’t fool anyone as to how old or young you are, just how insecure with age and growth you are.

The pain in the joints and muscles forced me to quit my walking. The intense headaches cost me my volunteer job. The exhaustion stole my ability to cook for myself. I ought to be in the prime of my years, but my body is capable of less than my elderly neighbors in their late 80s and early 90s! Do NOT underestimate Lyme Disease! In the meantime clueless doctors love adding insult to injury. One woman had cancer and was helped and supported by all. After that she got Lyme. She felt way worse, but no one helped her...

I definitely see beauty in people even before transformation! Sometimes it just takes a change to build your confidence. You. We're. ALWAYS. Nice. Looking. Now you just have the confidence!

Why did you repeatedly put down & insult the last man's appearance before his transformation? Even BEFORE he transforned he was still fairly good looking. Leave him alone.

Apparently going bald & having glasses is a bad thing. Really? But then being completely bald is great. Maybe he just needed different frames? I hate how some people say glasses look ugly but then when a person needs glasses their stuck with a certain type of frame. I have glasses & I only got to pick certain ones from a line up. They couldn't give me an oval type frame they had to be rectangular. Why can't we just pick ANY frames we want just make the lens fit them? Or make frames thick enough for those types of lens?

@@lilyxavier-1990 You are not stuck with a certain type if you are willing to pay out of pocket rather than being limited by what your insurance company is willing to pay for.

Shy Shy! Yes, it is you. But, in a marvelous way. You are one of those rare, delightful people who can see beauty in others because YOU are beautiful inside. I admit I am not always so able to do that. You are special, and the world could use a million more people just like you. You can see the diamond hidden in a lump of coal. God bless you. Stay as loving as you already are!!❤❤
