You are a consummate pro. I love how quiet and serious, yet profoundly happy you are about fishing. I am very old fashioned (won’t even say ‘old school’) and believe the fish can hear us yelling. You have helped me to love my sport even more than I did. Thank you brother. May God keep you and yours well.

Scott, Blake here. Listen keep up the good work both fishing and with the content. You’re living my ultimate dream, doing it with class, passion for others and great ambassador for this great sport. I’ve recently decided after giving up my dream in 2001 after finishing 3rd in southeastern championship to marry and raise my four kids only now finding myself divorced kids raised and home that following you, Canterbury and Arie that I must continue my journey to one day fish alongside the likes of you guys. It’s going to be a tough journey now at age 50, of knowing anyone in the sport but with God as my guide may I one day meet you guys at the ramp, shake you’re hand and maybe one day share strategy etc. God Speed; Good luck!

Don’t ever have to ask me for a like. There isn’t one video I’ve watched of yours and didn’t leave a like.. You make the best fishing content because you’re a true sportsman- Competitive, but still makes the sport fun, as it should be. And outside of that, the banter with the boys is hilarious and wholesome content. Everyone quit playin and LIKE THIS VIDEO!! The SMC crew deserves it every time. Keep up the great work. 🎣👍😁

The way you present these videos is nothing short of world class production. The way you fished was fantastic. Yes preparation is key but there’s a lot of luck involved. Can’t be upset with 40 lbs of fish. I hit the like button . I only wish there was like 50 like buttons.

Liked and subscribed for about a year now. Growing up I was all about salmon fishing even though my uncle was involved with flw years ago before he passed away. This passed year after finding your channel and almost 40 now all I want to do is bass fish, even selling one of my Harley’s to buy a bass boat! Thank you and keep it up. Btw I watch you bass master videos before I watch them on tv because if you win I want to see your perspective first.
@josephstephens12522 жыл бұрын
Thanks for all you do for our sport! Praying for ya👍. Just my experiences here - because everyone has diff things that work! So I grew up in Montana, South Dakota and Minn fishing smallies. Love braid to leader for feel and long casts. But I have mostly switched back to 5-10lb of straight floro or mono. Its better than a $300 drag at keeping them pinned! If I do use braid I'll always go one size down in power to Light/ML. To me moderately slow actions are helpful if a medium action is needed. And longer rods 7'6" or 8' are bomb for most flex. For light line big smallies I mostly think high-end trout kinda setups. Just works for me.
@joekershner10962 жыл бұрын
Good luck Scott. I am praying for you and your family. I am pulling for you Scott. Stay calm and breath slow. And pray before you fish. And God guide you and show you the way.
