I was a little worried how I can keep up with my workouts during Ramadan and I cannot sing praise enough. This workout video is perfect. You still break a sweat and get your heart pumping but you don't feel so thirsty. I normally like to do my workouts during the afternoon but those who are fasting, if you do this 1 or 2 hours before breaking fast, I think this will be beneficial. So important to eat and drink healthy but also exercise the body regardless the time of year! Thank you Allblanc you guys are the best! Best wishes from Scotland 😃

This is about 5000 steps, not 10,000 steps. In order to reach 10k, I have to walk about 1 and half hour at this pace. Thus, 2 have to do about 2x of this video, which is 1 hour to reach 10k. The clip is misleading but still a good workout out for steps.

hi guys, thanks a lot for this new vid .. I have tried this 3x in the last 3 days while I was still fasting, but I think this one is not as exhausting as the 3500 steps video :) some moves are "lighter" than the moves in 3500 steps, but that's why this new vid is very suitable for me and muslim people around the world who are still having fasting in this Ramadhan .. we can still exercise without being too exhausted and having to break our fasting before its time, haha .. great job guys !!

Did this with zero steps on Fitbit and reached 4,057 steps. Nonetheless, I broke a sweat. I think this video is meant to be done twice to reach near 10,000. About to do round 2 now.

I did mine on my apple watch and got 4,080 steps. Sounds pretty accurate between the two watches. Definitely do it twice.

He did say at the end that if you walk more you will do more steps, it depends on the speed you do things at too, some people will get more steps in than others and you may need to do the video twice to reach 10000 steps

Loved it. I did it in my lunch break while watching an episode of my latest series. For everyone who is interested: I walked 3,05 km and burned 167 active calories (if its called like that in english). Thank you for this Indoor step challenge.

It usually takes me an hour to complete 10,000 steps. Maybe this is just 5K-6K steps but still a good workout than not to move. 👌🏽✨

Loved the workout. But I’ve done the math... 10.000 steps in 36 minutes = 278 steps per minute = 4,6 steps per second 😂 nonetheless enjoyed every bit of it and added around 4K steps to my Fitbit 😊

As I don't have this on translate closed captioned I think you need to do this twice (and they no doubt tell you that) to hit that 10,000 mark. But all in all, this is a good one for getting the heartbeat up and i enjoyed it very much. Especially if you put it to music. Thanks, guys!

after done 4th time then i start to comment this video. Its really good for lazy morning n difficult to do extreme workout. Simple yet sure makes u sweat out so enjoyable. N then after I noticed those movements, i started to do modify some movement n feel more better stretch. Eg. when do side steps, after done 1st round as my warm up then 2nd round i do upper mid n lower wide side steps, in order to make my whole muscles doing the jobs. Simple yet effectives, thanks guys..

I just did this workout as I was close to 10.000 steps for the day💪. I really like this workout and lucky me it's not really ASMR as I don't like ASMR at all. Then I always get annoyed I can't hear them propperly because of the whispering.😅
