This was a nice easy workout that gets you sweating. I'd say it is definitely ideal for beginners. However, beware of the clickbait lol. This is nowhere near an 800 calorie burn. In fact, most of the hiit workouts on anna's channel are more intense than this and more suited for people who may already have a consistent workout regimen.

I have been trying to get back in shape all year and never quite found the right workout. Some were too easy, others too difficult and so I wasn't motivated. I've had a lot of false starts. I needed something that was challenging and yet easy to follow. This is it. I can build my strength and stamina back up with workouts like this. I am so glad, for the first time in a long time I'm fired up. I'll be back tomorrow for more and I'm definitely checking out other videos on your channel.

This is absolutely amazing!! Haven’t found a workout that is so effective and also easy to do at home. I normally give up if the exercise is too difficult but this one not only makes me sweat and burn calories but it also is easy to follow, the short breaks also gives me motivation to keep going! I’m gonna keep training with this video until I reach my dream body! Great job!!

4:12 En éste ejercicio me quedó una duda, al tocar la rodilla con el codo opuesto, movemos solo el brazo o giramos también el torso? Porque veo que los dos chicos giran el torso, pero la chica no lo hace...🤔 Es correcto hacerlo de cualquier forma? Yo hago pilates en el gimnasio, evito hacer ejercicios de alto impacto, pero lo que uds hacen me ha gustado, no son movimientos bruscos... ☺️

Thank you for this wonderful workout. ❤ I think the number of calories burned varies depending on your fitness level and metabolism. I am just a part-timer with a non-active job. In my free time, I have non-active hobbies. Sometimes, I go for a short walk and do short exercise routines like this two to three times a week. So, for this activity level, it was around 280 kcal for me, according to my watch. That's a whole Snickers bar! I don't know why some of you are disappointed. 😂 ❤ Good luck, everyone! ❤

This exercise may appear to be easy but it was done at such a pace that it was most definitely burning fat and making me sweat. Even when I thought I was going through an easy workout I was so wrong I sweated in these 30 minutes more than a more longer duration workout. Could you do another one like this please but standing only? As I have a lower back issue and would really appreciate it, thank you.

다이어트 1일차입니다 10키로 감량에 성공하고 나서 고3이라는 풍파를 맞고 공부가 중요하지 외모따위 신경쓰느라 덜먹고 쓸데없는 에너지 낭비하기 싫어서 공부하고 수능도 잘 치고! 딱 수능친 그 다음주까지만 쉬고 다시 돌아왔습니다 마지막으로 다이어트 했던게 1년이 넘게 지나서 그런가 운동 너무 힘드네요 예전엔 이정도 운동은 껌이지 이러고 했었는데 말이죠ㅜㅜ
