This was a nice easy workout that gets you sweating. I'd say it is definitely ideal for beginners. However, beware of the clickbait lol. This is nowhere near an 800 calorie burn. In fact, most of the hiit workouts on anna's channel are more intense than this and more suited for people who may already have a consistent workout regimen.

Oh boy that was so much fun , best cardio workout Ive ever done.I have got a knee injury and a shoulder injury so its hard to find a cardio workout I can do, but that was super awesome didn't aggravate anything yay and I loved the music Thank you xxxxx

This is absolutely amazing!! Haven’t found a workout that is so effective and also easy to do at home. I normally give up if the exercise is too difficult but this one not only makes me sweat and burn calories but it also is easy to follow, the short breaks also gives me motivation to keep going! I’m gonna keep training with this video until I reach my dream body! Great job!!

설마했는데 진짜 800 kcal 소모되는거 맞는거 같아요. 저녁안먹고 30분하고 추가로 플랭크 15분정도 더 했어요. 매일 아침 체중재는데 평소보다 200 g 덜 나오더라구요 지방 1g당 4 kcal 열량이니 딱 들어맞아 소오름..

I am doing this exercise from today ...my weight 59 height 5 feet 2 inches Day 1: ✅ only did half of it because it is not easy as it looks . Day 2:✅ done until 25 min reducing 10 sec in each ..( I am not doing any diet) Day 3: done half of it because not feeling well..I am really sweating today (but it's rainy day)

Ótimo treino , mas bem intenso para quem não tem o hábito de se exercitar . Comecei a fazer exercícios em casa tem duas semanas ,e hj comecei com esse treino, mas não conseguir concluir todos. Consegui fazer só 13min de treino.Mas não vou desistir .🇧🇷

4:12 En éste ejercicio me quedó una duda, al tocar la rodilla con el codo opuesto, movemos solo el brazo o giramos también el torso? Porque veo que los dos chicos giran el torso, pero la chica no lo hace...🤔 Es correcto hacerlo de cualquier forma? Yo hago pilates en el gimnasio, evito hacer ejercicios de alto impacto, pero lo que uds hacen me ha gustado, no son movimientos bruscos... ☺️
