I was daignosed with GAD (General Anxiety Disorder). What's helped me a lot has been: cutting out caffeine, exercising a ton more, learnign to set boundaries through therapy, the meditation book called 30 Days to Reduce Anxiety by Harper Daniels, and journaling my emotions as often as possible.
