When I first heard this song I was 19 and aching for love, even with my faith in God. I used to imagine a woman with brown eyes who I could love while I would play this jam on repeat on the way to work, coming home from work and running errands. I remember driving home from a dinner night out 2 years later, listening to this song and just 3 months after, I meet the love of my life. She has brown eyes, blonde hair, lives on the other side of town, and soon enough she was waiting for me to pick her up to go on dates.
