Those delts....not that the rest isn't incredibly impressive, but the delt creates a cliff above his bicep! Altogether a true pro.

When would you want to perform these sort of excercises opposed to the one you mentioned you did earlier in the day? are there certain benefits to doing this sort of routine opposed to the other?

what high volume training means ? low volume training? hardcore training ? I hear it all the time , can anyone help me please ? I apperciate it ...

I dare a regular gym guy to try this workout, morning heavy, night high blood flow. Overtrain if u font eat right which a lot of guys don't. 6-8 meals a day u might yet say with thisbut remember how much muscle this guy has. It's not about the gear its about the nutrition(5% gear)

great video, ben's workout partner is aggressive and " in-your-face" , i know some guys find it too much and distracting but it works for me, and apparently for Ben. keep up the good work you guys, great team work.

Two different training sessions. First session would be heavier more power movements heavy rows, weighted chins, deads maybe. and then as he said the second session is about getting BLOOD into the muscles which is why super sets etc

if people think this guy is aggressive and "in-your-face", they haven't watched Dorian Yates training with Leroy Davis :p that's one intense training partner

I really enjoy this guys knowledge and insight. I just can't stand the constant dog barking. It's like if DMX went Olympia.

High volume, lots of sets and moderate reps 6-12, low volume less sets per bodypart, reps around 6-8, Hardcore could be anything, heavy weights low reps to failure, with assistance from a training partner

Dorian trained each muscle once every six days. What is this guy doing training a muscle twice in one day ? If he had hit his back the way Dorian did he wouldn't be physically able to even entertain the thought of doing back again in the same day.

volume has nothing to do with reps. you perform a high volume work out when you are doing less reps , that`s another story...
