Love Bpak and love these training videos. My only suggestion would be to remove the cheesy music when Ben is performing various movements. It detracts from the video and is obnoxious. These videos and tips are keeping me growing!

Ben's MI40 program was excellent. First time through was mostly finding the right weight for each exercise. The second time through will be the a real plateau breaker and should see some serious improvements.

I don't get it either.. Ok, maybe in dieting, but I see a lot of people doing it in their bulk too. Why?! The yolk contains a lot of minerals, decent fats (which are essential too) and actually more protein (4gr) thn the eggwhites (3gr).

That's actually false. Natural's can handle the same relative amount of volume and intensity that enhanced lifters have. The difference is enhanced lifters (more specifically users of Insulin/GH) are always going to recover quicker than naturals, which is primarily why there is an enormous body of evidence highlighting the necessity for naturals to train at least twice a week, to maintain and elevate protein synthesis which would occur training once per week for an enhanced lifter.

Why does everyone only eat egg whites? The yolk is healthy unless you have atherosclerosis or diabetes. I eat 5 whole eggs per day and my HDL is over 90 and LDL is about 90.
@craig16576
@craig16576 11 жыл бұрын
Your response was completely unrelated to the criticism i made. If you think the same training principles apply to both natural and enhanced people, then you're sadly mistaken. I should clarify that i was aiming my criticism to benefit young teens who buy into the bullshit that IFBB Pros say, who's training principles lie purely on the drugs they take.

I absolutely guarantee that information given to a natural and someone on ASS is completely different. I completely respect the people take these drugs, its just when they try give specific advice they have been given by their coach to people who are natural is useless/not optimal. Guys its time to stop reading Mens Health and Flex, start basing what you do in the gym on what actually counts. Science.

You completely deterred from what I said completely, I know it takes decades of hard work to get to their level. Its just not optimal for a natural to do what they say. Why would even attempt to train like someone who has about 15 times of the amount of Testosterone you produce. Quite clinically the advice given to naturals should be different. If you don't believe me go ask an endocrinologist.
