Your suggestions will make quite a difference.. I am wondering about using a finer thread, since these tiny quilts won't have the wear and tear of a full-size, yet do have the problem of thread raveling the edges while we sew. Or perhaps a smaller needle???

Hi Lucy, Jody likes to use a 50 weight thread. She doesn't think it would make too much of a difference to use finer thread.

do you use a thinner thread when piecing small quilts? My thought is it would give more accuracy when done as it takes up less space.
