Aqui no Brasil eu já trabalhei no planejamento e controle da produção de panelas de aço inox 304, da marca Master Ware, industria argentina, o processo era igualzinho dos japas, corte do disco, repuxo, dobra , acabamento das abas, lixamento interno e polimento externo com sebo e pasta nas rodas de sisal, solda mig dos cabos, depois controle de qualidade total, embalagens nas caixas e direto para os contêineres para exportação para a Espanha.

No way. They are press, brake and stamp operators. The molds change after a predetermined amount of finished units are produced. Try 100 year old, well seasoned cast iron cookware. Or cast iron kettle pots that can make enough to feed 50 people; having a charred bottom of baked on grease, ash and dirt. Beef stew or borsch never had it so good. Even a good steak; pan seared, finished with onion mushrooms garlic and fresh rosemary is almost sinful. Over an open fire or on a gas range, cast iron lasts for many generations when well cared for.

Great video of the manufacture of a cheaper set of pots, very few steps to finish. I don't understand why the designer/engineer decided to put an indent pattern on both the inside and outside of these pots, which will create hot spots, not to mention trying to clean/scrub the inside bottom. My 30 year old all-clad 3 ply stainless has no indent pattern anywhere and the handles are riveted and not spot welded, I will be handing them down to our daughter in a few years when I retire and move to Belize. Worth every penny for quality cookware which will last 2 lifetimes.
