Killer recipe Chef! Will have to make for the NYE party. Might I suggest using a melon baller to scoop out the insides of the mushrooms - it's a sweet technique that makes quick work of the task!!!

We tried it that way in our first test and it had great flavor but the filling needed to be creamier, so we went with the dressing and cream cheese in the filling. Thanks for watching!
