A VPN can't hide how much data you're using, so it wouldn't matter if it's legal or not.

Suggestion for a new video. I try to use WhatsApp less but it's difficult because everyone uses it. I also use Telegram. Recently Elon Musk recommended Signal due to WhatsApp's changes. It would be nice to watch a video about the differences between Telegram and Signal (and maybe WhatsApp too, just to scare people a bit).
