His two debuts were Huge albums.. then somehow his label makes Everything super hard with Everything when he is making the third one (could it be for labels being heavily tied to privatized prison systems and want gun bars and not some a bit too smart rapper making mainstream hits about societal problems). So that's why Lasers was kinda a mish mash and propably for the same reason of not going to bend on morals he went into artsy methaphorical rap right after that. Still absolutely going even deeper on actual issues and keeping in mind what he says. So yeah no, he was never going to be given the spotlight if he keeps making Hurt Me Souls and not either records that doesn't say anything or records of violence is the option. A label says this is the next cool guy and he is a real killer from hoods but absolutely sucks, somehow get's huge until the fad was over.
