I Can't Stop Eating These Ribs!

This has to be my absolute favorite fried ribs recipe. I know most people are familiar with ribs being grilled or even baked, but if you haven't had fried ribs before you are missing out. Adding the Garlic Lemon Pepper flavor to these baked then fried ribs oh my goodness puts this creation at the top of my list of recipes. Brother I’m 57 and been a foodie and really enjoy cooking with the family for many years. I watch all kinds of cooking shows and follow many famous chefs but you sir are a very talented man. Your recipes do not disappoint and are spot on!! This weekend I’m making your fried garlic lemon pepper ribs for the second time for my birthday dinner. These ribs are over the top!… my skinny little wife usually eats 3 or 4 ribs. When I made these she ate half of a rack… lol. You truly have a talent, keep doing you! Yes siiir. Only broil them if you're not going to fry them in the end. But if you are going to fry them in the end, skip the searing broil process and go straight to baking.

I hate fried ribs , but yours looks so delicious I prefer the way you make them.

The secret is baking them first that way you only have to fry them for a few minutes. If you just deep fry them the meat sometimes comes out tough. You will love it this way.

I marinated chicken drummets in same marinade yesterday and cooked drummets in air fryer on 360 for 24 min turning halfway. They were absolutely delicious . Tonight we will try the ribs which I marinated yesterday as well
