I made this and it’s perfect for me. Not too sweet but really satisfying. Thank you! I used sukrin gold sweetener. I did double the cinnamon and nutmeg and it wasn’t spicy at all. I also added 1/4 tsp. of pink salt and it turned out great.

Hi Holli! Thank you so much for trying this recipe and sharing with your sweet comment. You are right, it doesn't get overwhelmed flavor even I put lots of cinnamon. In this video, I used regular butter (with salt). So if using unsalted butter, adding salt to it like you did is great idea. Thank you!

Love the sound effects. I hope to try this recipe soon. Why do you store it overnight? Is it ok to use golden flax seed? 😊Thank you!
@tetsplace2809 Жыл бұрын
Hi! Golden flax seed is fine too! The reason why I wrap and store bread overnight is that flavore is better and also slicing better. I had a same question like you before. I didn't quite understand what this means so baked 2 breads to compare the difference. I like to eat a slice of bread right after baking. However store overnight bread is more moist and flavors were developed deeper. Thank you!

Thank you very much for watching! This recipe is not from the book, it's my recipe, and I don't know how to calculate exact calories. Almond flour carb content are about 1/4 of all purpose flour. Majority of pumpkin bread recipes use about 1 cup of sugar and my recipe use only 1/2 cup of sugar. As for the rest you'd have to check all the ingredients and do the calculations, Sorry I couldn't be more help. Have a nice day!

Does this bread does not need baking powder Does anybody' tells me please?
@tetsplace2809 Жыл бұрын
Hi. I didn't use baking powder in this bread since almond flour is dence and I couldn't tell that much difference if I use it or not. If you'd like to use it, please see the description. I couldn't find aluminium free baking powder and I made this bread without it and I enjoyed dence texture. I tried baking soda and vinegar, and I don't recommend it because of the bitterness came out every time.

You can make an egg substitute with ground flaxseed and water (mix and sit 5-10 minutes) and /or boil whole flaxseed and drain.

Is it necessary to let it sit overnight?🤤 😆
@tetsplace28092 жыл бұрын
If it sit overnight, it's more moist and flavor is more developed. I baked 2 loaves, I ate one after baking, the other one I ate next day. You'll see the difference.
