thanks for this inspiration. I bought my Satsuki early this year. It is flowering since early May without stopping. I will now cut the flowers to not weaken it

Lige hvad jeg havde brug for Morten. Har været lidt i tvivl om hvordan jeg skal beskærer mine Azalea´er for at balancere energien. De havde en hård vinter og det har taget lige indtil nu for min største, for at komme tilbage med en masse vækst. Det skal så osse siges, at jeg jo omplantede den i foråret og samtidig fjernede alle blomsterknopperne.

Can I grow an azalea if I have just a few weeks during the winter when temperature drops below zero, I don’t have a greenhouse, I live in rome

You can. If freezing is not severe and it is short it will be fine. You can also set the tree at the ground and cover it fir a few day of freezing.
