I tried doing it your way and I still can't get my plants to grow. I'm not giving up because I saw that you were able to do it. Thanks for taking the time to teach others how to grow Aloe plants.

Sounds logical why they didn't produced pups... Indeed a half-year old barbadensis are productive.

Thank you for trying with a Barbadensis species. I recommend that in each video, you specify which species of aloe vera you're working with so that your audience will learn how different species bahave. Thanks again.

@TheAloeVeraGarden Жыл бұрын
He is Vlad Savchuk @vladhungrygen and I have been receiving a lot of insights from him. I watched your new uploaded video about Rose of Sharon. I have heard "Rose of Sharon" about many times and sang songs with lyrics "Rose of Sharon" but wasn't curious enough what it's about. I just learned in your video that Sharon is a place. The verse is a lot clearer to me now.

I tried that, but it didn't continue to grow, the roots rotted. Aloe vera roots do not continue to grow once you uproot them. The plant usually grows new roots.

Thanks to you that you exist you helped me so much with my aloe! I have a question - I have a big aloe and I placed her kind of in a direct sunlight spot (behind a glass window), and I dont know what am i doing wrong but the aloe leaves aren’t thick as they need to be and the tips of the leaves twist! +it made no pups ever since. Thanks for your help
@TheAloeVeraGarden Жыл бұрын
I am not sure if your aloe is an aloe vera, but if it is, then the leaves should be thick. If it's not thick, then it needs more water or the plant has root problems, specially if the tip of the leaves start to twist. If it is alright without you, you can send a photo of your plant to my Facebook page: facebook.com/thealoeveragarden or email me to thealoeveragardenph@gmail.com

Hi, i really love watching your videos and admire your aloe vera garden ❤. It makes me want to start my own aloe vera garden too! May i know how many barbadensis aloe vera you started with and how long did it take for you to reach this milestone?

I probably have almost 2 thousand right now in the garden, aside from those that I have given and sold. I only started with 2 barbadensis 8 years ago.

I have a small aloe plant that I grew from seed that is still very small. It seems to be very wobbly and leans when I do not support it. Should I keep the support or just raise the soil level? Is there a downside to keeping the aloe plant supported for long time? Love the channel it has been super helpful in my aloe growing journey!
@TheAloeVeraGarden Жыл бұрын
It depends on what kind of Aloe do you have. There are aloes that are normally vinelike or wobbly. Other than that, the only way to make an Aloe strong enough to support itself is to give it enough sunlight. Growing Aloe indoors will make them wobbly.
@user-sh1rs1mj9y Жыл бұрын
I am not sure what type I have but they are indoor so that makes sense. I will try to give them more sunlight. Thank you so much for the tips!!!

great video! I also have an aloe vera collection, barbadensis and chinesis. wouldnt cutting the rot part (like what you did in the intro) result in the aloe vera to grow slower? what benefits will it bring?
@TheAloeVeraGarden Жыл бұрын
I have to cut the root part because it's the only way I can cut the leaves that would carry a stem tissue along with it. Aloe vera leaves cannot be propagated without a stem tissue. With proper care, the root part can be replanted and make it grow some pups, the upper part, after taking two leaves can be replanted also, and the leaves that you cut can grow its pups also. It's a faster way to propagate Aloe vera plant. But even though it worked, I don't recommend it because Aloe vera can give you a lot of pups naturally. I just showed that it can be done.

Hi! I have a question, can you please help? A few days ago i toke my aloe plant out of soil to give it to someone but that person didn't need it anymore and gave me back so i planted it again but the leaves have become very thin and kinda yellowish... Idk what to do... Can you please help me😢😢😢
@TheAloeVeraGarden Жыл бұрын
The plant will be okay once you plant it back. The color change probably because of the hot weather in your area. Also, it is normal for the leaves to become thin for lack of water.
Plz make an video that aloevera chinensis is edible or not.....and chinensis is good for hair or not

Alow Vera has been so mighty on burn marks and cuts and such. Tudah Rbah (thank you very much). // SHLM & HaB (peace & love). The Name of the Creator is Hayah asher Hayah, as what He told Moshah (Exodus 3:14), preserved in the Hebrew Scriptures. There is a curse to the G-o-d name (Isaiah 65:11-12), preserved in the Hebrew Scriptures. All followers of the Messiah are to do the 7 appointed times (Leviticus 23), but no more animal sacrifices, following the Crucifixion of the Messiah. We are now of the order of MLK TSDQ (King, righteous), to Whom ABRaHM tithed. Ask the Messiah to be your personal Savior. He said to him, I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me (John 14:6). All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of Hayah (Romans 3:23). The wages for sin is death but the gift of ALaHYM is Everlasting Life through Messiah Yahushgh our Master (Romans 6:23). That if you confess with your mouth the Master Yahushgh and believe in your heart that ALaHYM raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved (Romans 10:9). He Himself is an Atoning Offering for our sins, and not for ours only but also for all the world (1 John 2:2). The Messiah died on the cross, & Resurrected three days later (presenting Himself as First Fruits to the Father). Please ask Him to be your Savior. He is the ONLY way to Everlasting Life.
