Wow! A 45??? I got my results and I had a 34. It was more than what I was expecting. Comp Sci EE's did well this year, not so much for Philosophy. My friends who did Comp Sci EE's scored quite well. They gave me a C on my EE!!! I was so mad. I worked so hard on that EE. Philosophy normally does really well. Anyways! Congratulations!! We both got our diploma...but I don't know what to do now. 4 years has led to this, but what am I supposed to feel now that the immediate shock is over?

At our school, we do some Pre-IB and some AP classes during freshman and sophomore year. Then the IB Diploma Program junior and senior year. I got the following results (including my AP exams) Freshman AP Exams: AP Statistics: 5 AP Biology: 5 AP Physics: 5 Sophomore AP Exams: AP Calculus BC: 5 AP Chemistry: 5 AP Environmental Science: 5 AP World History: 4 AP Spanish: 5 IB Diploma: English A Literature SL: 6 (projected 6) Mathematics HL: 7 (projected 7) Biology HL: 7 (projected 7) Chemistry SL: 6 (projected 5) Psychology HL: 7 (projected 6) Spanish b SL: 7 (projected 6) TOK: B EE: A Total: 43/45 (projected 40) I was pretty happy when it happened but now that it's sunk in, I'm realizing that my school doesn't even accept more than 15 credits from IB.

You're so humble! You can actually hear the disappointment when you got that B in the EE lol, that 'burst of happiness' is very different to your normal happy/excited reaction as seen in English/Mandarin/Economics HL. Either way, congratulations!

DON’T LISTEN TO THEM. Especially people who are putting you down. One of my most helpful tips in IB was to NOT make it feel like a chore. Instead, I tried to look at it with an open outlook and believe it was truly helping me grow as a learner. Think positive and everything will feel lighter and more doable.
