Unfortunately circumstances are not the same for everyone. Some of us were birthed in loneliness and it's our coping mechanism. Finding friends works well if you are an extrovert but introverts generally have a harder time of it. There are different levels of introverts ranging from level 1 - 10, going higher up the scale you'll only find lone wolves, they cannot work together with anyone due to different conditions and variables such as upbringing and general life situations. Most have tried but social interactions can breakdown fairly quickly so we have given up altogether on trying that and we have to get creative and find solutions to our own problems and some have just accepted the fate of being isolated and alone because we are much more comfortable that way.

Just my personal life experiences and I couldn't understand why I was so different from everyone, nobody really understood me and I just ended up alone even if I was in a crowd or with family. I was also blessed with the oppurtunity to hang around with in/popular crowds but I never really fit in, I tried and I tried but nothing ever worked out and I always failed at building meaningful connections but alone I was able to accomplish much more and I learned to develop a keener intuition and creative thinking process to get by.

He raised his shattered sword and pointed it to the army... his army before they cowered behind his brother's leadership. His dearest brother, who now lay at his feet. The king was alone, with no soul ready to risk his life for his. He had no breath left in his lungs, as the crown gave him everything he wished for. And so he charged forward to his former comrades, his oldest friends, and the ones whom the king was meant to protect responded with steel. By dusk, only the ravens were left to tell the tale, of the good king whose crown was left among them, waiting to be claimed again.

This space can also represent the bravery one can have in facing the weight of a deadly momentum arising from a collective energy, sourced from darkness that has long been neglected and ignored, a grave error of ancient legends where some stories tell of how society decided to do nothing up to the point that when they decided to act it was too late, cataclysm was unavoidable, or they felt so much resistance in themselves they knew they had to act but held themselves back with fear of being hurt, wasteful, or not having the ability to maintain their strength in such a situation. Even more common is the emotional turmoil and struggle that goes with it, convincing themselves and indirectly convincing others that it is not deserving of their actions. Hence the lone warrior is alone in their struggles, often to their abysmal end on their own, yet sometimes able to prevail for long enough that their friendly faces do finally appear with swift action in alignment. In those cases miracles occur more often than in any other form of stories, where the anticipated unstoppable momentum is dissolved in concerted efforts or some other magic halts the gloom in its tracks. What happens after these stories is often of little lore in the mythos as the private and comfortable life does not have as many lessons, nor does it call in the same need to be told of as such a heroic and epic challenge being faced with no support outside of one's own spirit. Well, who wants to hear of happily ever afters anyway? The prowess in battle and the ambition of turning the tides is almost always more interesting to be told of in this genre, though the other stories are there, they go off the edge of perception from where the young will go and grow in with their fascination being limited by typical ideations of what the growing and challenged youth will want to experience as a story. There is more to life than such a story as this... that is why the warrior fights for our freedom.
