A lot of people speak fast, or rush their words, some Colombians also don't pronounce the s in some words if the s is in the middle of the word, which you also hear a lot in reggaeton music from the likes of Karol G and such where esta is pronounced like e-ta, but that could just be a Medellin thing idk. I just really love the way Alejandra speaks, clear, smooth, at a mellow pace.

Red snapper, papa frites, and platanos fritos, I've had that same meal countless times in coastal towns from Mexico to down much of the Central and South American coastlines. This guy knows how to travel, he goes into some places that I would normally avoid, like tough barrios. It's amazing what you find off the beaten track, the best thing is the people in these countries, I've had people I just met and talked to for a while invite me into their homes to share their food with me, or take me fishing with them, or give me rides, they are glad and proud to teach you about their culture and customs. Many are very poor, but they will gladly share the little they have with you.
