Thank you so much for doing these videos. I'm going through Alopecia Areata right now, this is the 2nd time around for me actually but it is the first time that I really understood what is happening (didn't get diagnosed the first time around). You have no idea how lifted and hopeful I feel after watching your videos. I've been trying to be positive about it and your videos really did it for me. Thank you so much. Now I have that positive state of mind to come back to during tough times. THANK YOU!

I purchased argan rain products because I am losing my hair due to Alopecia Areata. The only thing you need to do is apply enough amount to wet hair and massage gently throughout scalp and hair approximately 1-2 minutes , then rinse thoroughly with warm water. And then the result is perfect. I have noticed new hair growth while using it for 2 months.I would highly recommend it.

+Ashreya Khan I did a ton of research online on alopecia & auto immune disorders, watched every video I could and read the Auto Immune Paleo book. The book is in the description. I just tried to get as much information on the subject that I could. Plus I spoke with doctors & dermatologists.

I know I'm late to the party since this was shot a year ago but, in looking at the supplements you are still taking, just curious why you no longer are taking the biotin? did you stop the use of that once your hair started growing back? I was under the impression that if you were to stop biotin, what has already grown will again fall out (sort of like with the minoxidil)

Can you please make the video about the emotional part of alopecia? I have androgenetic alopecia so mine is really hard to hide and now I can’t hide it any more and I need to find a wig. I am a student and it’s just been making me really depressed because sometimes I don’t want to go to school or leave my house. All my blood tests come back normal and no doctor has helped .. I feel so helpless and hopeless :(

Hi there :D I'm currently dealing with alopecia too and I was wondering if an itchy scalp and hair dandruffs are side effects of alopecia. In the last weeks the itchy scalp became way better but on the patches there are a lot white dandruffs like a thin layer which I can scrub off with my nails. I always had really oily hair and skin and dandruffs but in the last weeks it bacame a little bit worser. Greets from Germany :D
@DeepaBerar7 жыл бұрын
+Jazzmin hello Germany! So I don't know about dandruff, but itchy scalp can be a side effect. I definitely had some tingling and a bit of itchiness. It depends on the person, some get it worse than others. Hope everything clears up for you soon!

Hi..are you consulting a dermatologist? I ve experienced that once the medicine is reduced...it comes back again.
@DeepaBerar6 жыл бұрын
+bhavna kaistha hi! I actually spoke with a couple of derm friends, but didn’t actually go in to see anyone. I heard the same thing that once you stop using those things your alopecia can come back so I wanted to get to the root (literally) of the problem instead
@bhavna5816 жыл бұрын
Deepa Berar hey!! Thanks for the reply. So basically you took supplements like you mentioned in this video. I am dealing with this problem since I was 8 but was managing. But after the birth of my children my hair are very thin now. And same is passed in to my 2.5 year old son. I have put both of us on homeopathy now. Sigh!!
