Hi! Thanks a lot for the explanation, but I would like also to know how it goes with L-Fructose? And how it bounds into alpha- and beta -Fructopyranose?

Thank you, it is really helpful. Do you know if both structures (alpha and Beta) are present in the nature? or there is a specific structure, so to say in the fruits or for the disaccharide sucrose

good job but how can you distinguish alpha and beta fructopyranose since there isn't any -CH2OH on C(5)?
@Mayor_949 жыл бұрын
good explanation I just don't get why the pictures of wikipedia doesn't show the CH2OH on the 5th position of the ring ?

I think Wikipedia forgot to put into there .. Lol
