Natasha The reason why there were real gentleman back then was because many of them were raised to be independent. They were also taught real manners and discipline due to wars. In today’s world many men (not all) are raised in a very active tec households. That means they don’t end up building a strong character an skills that every man should know from a young age. Kids today also take too much time using their phone, instead of actually getting up and doing something. They always try to be the center of attention and always try to make people listen to their feelings, when in reality it’s my decision if I want to care about your feelings or not (majority of the time I don’t care about anyone’s feelings). Kids who realize that the outside world doesn’t care about them from a young age end up thinking more maturely and realistically. long story short, if someone tells you why you don’t pay attention to their feelings, just say “ because I don’t care about them” and that’s just the reality.

My country has mandatory military service (men and women alike) and you are thought very very fast that no one gives a sh!t about your feelings. As annoying and horrible as these years may be, they really do hold significant value when you’re 18. Edit: forgot to mention that it has great social benefits as well, you’re taken out of your bubble and placed with people from all walks of life, you all suffer boot camp together. Most people make lifelong friends and find their partners while serving.

I made that deduction from the many times when I used to respond to comments in his videos, and although the channel ITSELF does not actually have any "sexist beliefs," a good portion of the watchers and commenters certainly I had interacted with did, and that's the vibe I get now when I look back on it. That's not necessarily a contradiction, and although I won't resent your accusation that I don't know what I'm talking about (since I am accusing someone ELSE of somethingin the original comment) I was merely sharing my personal account of it, which did have some similarities with what the video here suggests. I guess a good example would be MLP, where although the series itself had nothing notable about it, it attracted primarily guys who had somewhat sexualized perceptions about it. This is not applicable to everyone, but it's just something that I feel as if it draws out the nuances in people, and that's how I personally felt when I watched Alpha Male years ago.

Gonna drop this here: the original idea of alphas, betas, and omegas in wolf packs has been debunked. The wolves used to support the idea were wolves in _captivity_ ,pretty much the equivalent of prisons for us. Wolfpacks in the wild demonstrate behaving more like a big family with a patriarch and matriarch than a strict hierarchy. The stress of captivity exaggerated/created a pecking order similarly to how the stress in prisons create cliques and a "top dog" type of figure amongst the inmates.
