I get so angry when I see people take this for weight loss, who was legitimately prescribed Ozempic, feel bad if I DO lose weight. Now, don't get me wrong, I actually hated Ozempic. It made me sick and my doc switched me to Mounjaro. But, now my A1C is FINALLY at a healthy level and I'm not in fear of my health. Oh, and I've been losing weight along the way, but it's because I'm not stuffing my face with cupcakes ALL DAY LONG. These medication have legitimacy, if they are used correctly. Unfortunately, the biggest struggle I have now is the AVAILABILITY!! It is so hard to get it at my pharmacy that I am often late for my dosing because they're out. It's hard not to believe that there are people in my area taking it who don't need it.

this is such a late comment BUT @DAngeloWallace I figured out the sentence about the makeup/sister phonecall -- so he's talking about how she keeps in touch with people the sentence before, and what I think he means is, as an example of her keeping in touch, she uses the time she's putting on makeup as phonecall time, so she'll be talking to her sister as she's putting on makeup for the day as extra socializing. hope this helps lol
