Great video - I have an old gamma progression with the ratchet gripper. I also string 18x20 and have to use the string starter clamp for the last strings on the mains every time. Do you think the linear gripper might be positioned closer to the racquet where the starter clamp wouldn’t be needed?

How heavy is the machine? Do you leave it where it is or do you store it away and bring it out when it's time to restring?

I keep it on the table at all times. It is heavy enough that it's not comfortable to carry at all. If you would want to move it a lot, put it on some sort of cart or small table with wheels.
