LOL we got so much criticism in the past about our neck videos, but now people finally understand that its not goofy as people thought and there's nothing wrong with throwing in a few minutes of neck isolation work at the of a workout if its lagging or if you want to bring it up. Its cool to see such an underground muscle get the love it deserves, but I knew that it would get the recognition it deserved sooner or later, solid vid

Bro, think about making some collab videos with KZbinrs such as Austin Dunham, FFAQ (weighted Calisthenics) Elisha Long (Smaller youtuber but great life advice and gym motivation) And of course the Bugez before he gets too famous with WWE. Other video ideas: Full day of eating (I know you are not a fan of this but your viewers want it so badly) Full body GPP workout video in the gym Video about Strongman exercises you can incorporate in to your training program Forearm workout video Polyphasic sleeping and bodybuilding gains ( almost zero videos about that) How to apply Wim Hof breathing technique to maximize/improve mindset and performance, as well as mental affirmations I hope you pick some of these ideas...

It seems he has no clue on how to program a program for others because he has no clue himself. What worked for him doesnt work for others because how many testimonials of his clients have a planche? A one arm pull up or a strong weighted dip/pull up? I havent seen any.

The ONLY problem i can find in neck training and why i stoped doing it, is that is boring asf, other than that it's true that the neck gets bigger and stronger fast, and also when you stop training it shrinks fast too 😅, my plan is train 2-3 times a week the neck for about 2-3 months( or to the point where i'm satisfiying) and then just train it once a week for keep the gains

Thing about neck training, look at strong men (or powerlifters). Loads don't train neck but their necks are huge! I imagine it's good to hit it if it's lagging, but most people won't have a lagging neck. (Obviously, if you need to do it for sport, that's different. I mean normal lifters)

There are natural high school wrestlers with bigger necks than elite level powerlifters. And as I always say, if you never isolated your neck you haven't hit your potential. See kzbin.info/www/bejne/kIC5YayflrCYftk&t

You have been saying all this time what should be common sense really, neck muscles and traps is first thing someone will notice all year round even with heavy clothes, instictively i started to train them hard af a while after when i started lifting weights as teenager, i was lifting for sports so gaining lots of muscle was not an option back then, so i thought it would be impressive to put some meat without adding lot of weight in areas that looked badass and impressive. Building the yoke gave me this wrestler look while just before hands i had very developed lats and upper lower body but instead i would be asked if i am swimmer instead of wrestler. I even got numerous comments for using steroids. Never got them even with repping clean reps with added bodyweight pull ups. Yoke training ftw.

AlphaDestiny I should add also that your simple(not in a negative way, more like simple but straight to the point) but important advices helped me a lot during these last years, some decades later but still, never is late i guess. I didnt changed much what i was doing training wise, keeping it simple always worked, but putting this extra focus plus some few advices when you have pretty much reached more or less your natural limit, paid off with helping me pushing through what i considered as limits. truth be told though i am recreational lifter so after i reached a state of being happy with my body composition, i retained for most part while focusing on sports activities.

Why no one perform the neck curls with the harness?

Some do. I think it's because the plate version is accessible to everyone, and because there is much potential for that lift alone. Most people aren't repping 90lbs
