When submitting an ID, Please make sure: ✓The image is very clear ✓The four corners are straight ✓all text is readable ✓No conncentrated light hits the image But I'd advise you to scan the image using a scanning machine than just taking a pic on phone I've tried my level best to offer the best solution I know so far. FACEBOOK PASSWORD HACKED - DEFAULT EMAIL FOR RECEIVING CODE DIVERTED! P;EASE ASSIST! When I attempt to login to Facebook on my Samsung Galaxy smartphone FB asks for my password, all good! After a few attempts I click on "forgot your password?". It goes to "find your account" and I select to search by full name. The search finds my account (at the top of the list). When selected it asks for my password which I try again before selecting "Try another way". From the "Choose a way to log in" screen I want to select "send code via email" but the on screen email address is greyed (not editable) out and contains a random Hotmail address, not my FB registered email address!
