Great video! Thank you! This is one of my 'dream' sports cars. Lightweight and enough power to have a blast on corners and straightaways. The Alpine, 4c, & Elise are my favorites. I believe the Alpine being the 1st. And, they employ my favorite F1 driver, Alonso. I hope someday Alpine will allow sales in California!

How did I miss this review again 🤦🏽‍♂️. Absolutely, love how Claire says Alpeeen. I’d say it all wrong Al-pine haha. I love those colors and how they flow inside the doors. Lotus does that as well on the Elise. The colors compliment very well. Something about that purple, gold, and touches of blue top stitching in the seats work very well. It’s so thought out even to the combination meter during its loading sequence when you started it. It reminds me of the Lexus LFA digital combo meters. That set a new standard in the industry way back then when I first saw it. I love how Ayesh says Al-you-min-ee-Um. Both your guys accent definitely does justice for this review so sophisticated. My accent is way to American and Im Filipino haha. Claire and Ayesh you’re so true it really reminds me of an Elise even the size. Looks quirky from the headlight design to the body lines. I love it. The French version of an Elise. Thank you both for the review I’m still trying to figure out how do I get your updates to automatically pop up I have to search Claire and Ayesh to find you guys... Seems I always miss when your new videos launch. Anyway, can I make a request. Not sure how you chose to review your videos but this is very off topic. Please please please review a Lexus LF-A hehe if you have time in the future. Something about the way the style and filming of all your reviews are so captivating it’s extremely thought out. I have to say, my French accent comes in handy when we're reviewing a French car! We're glad you liked this Alpine with the purple/gold colour combo! As for the LFA, trust us, the moment we are somehow able to get our hands on one, which is perhaps the most difficult part, we will most DEFINITELY do a video😄

I know it’s a good car based on all the reviews but things that really put me off the A110 are that it’s not a manual stick box, it’s not a convertible, gimmicky centre console screen & there should have been a Caterham version, given it was originally a joint venture project with Caterham.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts on this car! Reviews are overall positive but it isn't a perfect car. Personally, we loved the interior overall, we were fine with the screen because we usually never use the infotainment screen a lot.. but that's from our personal usage, and we can totally see the need for a better screen that is more up to date with today's technology. It would be so enjoyable indeed to have a convertible version of it, but with a tight budget, I'm sure they didn't want to risk too much. We personally want that off-road concept to hit production haha! For the manual gearbox, we agree, we would have really liked to drive a manual Alpine. But Top Gear said it well in one of their reviews, the car feels "soft" to drive. Especially the downshifts, they are soft and not as quick, responsive and aggressive as a downshift you'd get from an Elise for example. Making a manual gearbox not as exciting as some would expect I guess. But still, would've liked to experience a manual A110. As for Caterham, well, with all the trouble Alpine seemed to have gone through to make this car happen, we're simply glad there actually is an A110! And for going through so much, they were able to make it really brilliant. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts on this car! You raised some important points and it's nice to have a more in-depth look at both the good and the bad of the A110!😃

The storage box between the seats does not come as standard, you have to pay for that as an extra

This may be the case in Europe indeed! In Japan however, they have a tendency to integrate some options as standard, and this storage box is standard for the A110 Legende!
