That’s what happens after you summit your objective haha.

Hey Andy! I noticed that you subscribed to my channel (THANKS!) so I thought that I'd stop on by and check out some of your videos/channel. I just subscribed! One of my first backpacking trips was up Longs Peak where my brother in-law and I camped at Boulder Field, then summitted Longs the next morning. It was so awesome! A run that I really enjoy is to run from Lily Lake up the back side of Longs/Boulder Field via Boulder Brook, maybe check out Chasm Lake, and then run down the Longs Trail to Eugenia Mine Trail/Estes Cone Trail/Storm Pass Trail back to Lily Lake.

Chad, thanks for checking out the channel! I’ve followed you for quite some time, I think you commented on my Never Summer 100k video. Anyway, that run looks like a good time. I’m out in CA (Eastern Sierra) for winter and spring for now so you can expect some video from out here. Cheers!

My brother tricked me and never told me about the key hole, I got to that look out spot thinking that was basically it😅

haha that's hilarious! Did you get to summit Longs? What did you think?

@AndyOnTheMountain yeah we did! It was pretty cool my favorite backpacking trip though still has to be Maroon bells. Have you had a chance to do that one

Awesome trip ! Do you get condensation inside your bivy ? I seem to get a lot, enough to dampen my sleeping bag. Stay safe out there 👍

Hey Andy, during this trip I didn't have any condensation. Although a previous trip last winter when I used this bivy I did have condensation. It's hit or miss. Wind and low humidity I think it the best chance to not have any of the condensation. What bivy do you have?
