Same issue here... it's driving me nuts. I even updated to Jellybean thinking it could possibly fix, but still persists. They've got to get a firmware fix for this. For now, I have to disable bluetooth then re-enable to get it to come back.

I have an iPhone 4. When i connect the bluetooth, it will not say the name of the song and i cannot skip songs. Why does it not do those 2 features?

You can still use your phone with Pandora and this unit - just select the Bluetooth Audio option instead of Pandora and operate through your phone. The only downside is that it will not display the Artist/Song on the receiver display.

Mine does this too after updating to IOS6. Worked fine with IOS5. The speaker phone also used to work...not any longer.

I have the exact same set up as you, the 137BT and Galaxy S3. Everything works great except...when I listen to music on the phone via bluetooth and then listen to the radio, when I go back to listen to the phone I get nothing. I can see the music playing on the phone but no sound. I end up popping the face off for a second and then pushing it back on. It resets and starts working again. Have you had any issues like this?

Try pressing play on the head unit or changing sources then press play again on the head unit.
