I tried this out and although it made sense, the right click feature sometimes doesn't work anymore (e.g. for moving the camera). Tried with left click and it prevented left click on some touch screen panels. With those limitations, I think it works mostly if you have an extra mouse button which you can use as modifier (don't use left/right click).

My favorite Turbo Prop is Cessna C208B. I installed the G1000 Mod and the AP did not work anymore. This Bug ist fixed with the latest version of the G1000 mod.

The green banana is a feature in the Aerobask Eclipse 550NG for X-Plane & is so useful for descents & approaches. Adjusting the rate of descent will move the banana to the calculated height & combined with the Eclipse auto throttle is a most welcome tool. It makes capturing an ILS glide path a breeze. Glad to see it now incorporated in the TBM.

The thing with the barometer is from msfs itself. It changes to local baro at lower altitudes and standart at above fl100

And the relative settings shows you terrain that is in your way. If you dive into a mountain region you see more and more of them.

I think North Up Above 1000 miles means if you roll the scale of the map out to 1000 miles, the map switches to North Up. This is useful to verify all the points on your flight plan before you fly for example. However, I could be wrong.

I think they also tweaked the colors Yay! The blue of the sky is still a tad too dark but the terrain colors are almost spot on. Also the yellow flight path marker and the magenta flight director symbols now have black outlines. Don't know îf this is just this mod or a combination of mods. But I'm so excited to fly the G3000 again. The thing is called the *"Green Banana"* in Boeing. The North-Up above 1000 miles thingy automatically switches to North up when you zoom out to 1000 miles or greater.

North up work on the zoom level in Maps...If you choose to go North Up at 100 miles then the lower zoom level will show you track up ...ie the heading you are flying will be your A/C shown as going up the screen ...Then when you zoom to 100miles the map will show North Up irrespective of your heading ...So if your heading 180 ...then zoom to 100 miles the screen will change and your aircraft will now be shown as flying down the map

Clumsy...I love the TBM 930, and finally got the Working Title G3000 mod and I love the changes. Thanks for guiding us through them with your video. Question: is there another WT Mod specifically for the TBM 930? I've read that there is one, but that it's still a work in progress and not quite fully operational. Is that correct? I really don't wish to get involved in modifying .cfg files, only to have those changes un-done with the next MSFS update. Your thoughts, and thanks again.

Hey man great to hear. Yeah you can't go wrong with WT's G3000 mod. There is a TBM mod out there (a couple, last I checked) but they are not by WT. I recommend checking the mods list (link in the video description) and reading through some of the tbm mods listed there, see if there's something that fits your preferences.

What are you using for your view control, is it TrackIR or just the right click mouse hold? I ask because you do it so smoothly and easily whereas my attempt to use the mouse is fidgety and disorienting. I also use some pre-set views but they are a bit too rigid. Thanks for any help, please.

Yes, I use trackir + cockpit instrument views to zoom in to those buttons and make the camera less shaky as I fiddle with the controls.

From the documentation: "Fuel range ring. The inner, dotted ring shows estimated distance to reserve fuel. Time to reserve fuel is displayed at the 12 o'clock position on the inner ring. The outer, solid ring shows estimated total endurance distance. If only reserve fuel is left, the inner ring is not shown and the outer ring will change from green to yellow. Reserve fuel time defaults to 45 min but can be manually set as well."

Hey Clumsy, thanks for your in depth review! the other day was doing my check ride in the default tbm and just after it told me to land all garmin screens went totally frozen...had to land with the backup indicators :D I believe the fuel range is without using the usual 45 mins of reserves

I have always missed a Boeing-style heading bug *in the MFD.* It would be very helpful by allowing us to see the selected heading directly on the map itself, as opposed to having to mentally transpose the heading bug to the map. I don't know if this is a Microsoft/Asobo issue or if it was originally not implemented by Garmin in their G1000/3000 units as I've never flown an airplane equipped with them (call me a dinosaur LOL), but would anyway be useful for those of us who not always fly fully automated, FMC -created routes. The MFD track vector, while not the same thing, approaches this. Pretty cool.

U seem to be one of the few persons with a copy of MSFS2020 with stable aerodynamics and flight dynamics physics on all ur turbo prop and light jet flights. 😊😊 did u do something different? I have my yoke set to -75% sensitivity lol. And yes the planes are quite unstable especially during takeoff so rudder control has to be very precise. I also don't get it every time.

Mine still works fine, but you may have other mods enabled which are conflicting and not compatible with the latest patch anymore.

Unfortunately yes, most likely. Such is the case with most mods in most games. The good thing is that the mod authors are very active, and it's highly likely they'll update it right after the patch again.

On the other hand in version 0.2.1, in the PFD setting, I cannot display the wind options on the PFD screen. In the dedicated place I have a "no wind data" message. Is it a bug or did I miss something?

Sure thing! Are you still on the ground? If so, that's normal. Wind information will only appear once you start picking up some airspeed.

The tbm 930 unfortunately doesn't have an autothrottle. I think it only started with the tbm 940.

Get the Thrustmaster T16000M. Had both. The Thrustmaster is 1000x better. Super smooth and precise. Subjectively it's the best joystick in the "reasonable price" range.
