from here if you know what you're doing. google is your friend. i've been using a program called "4k video downloader" for years it's safe and free and works with other sites too. you can grab the video or just the audio. then you can use an audio editing program like audacity or sony sound forge (what i use) to cut the downloaded file into tracks if you so desire.
