My craft journey actually started as a very young girl, I'm 31 now and have been doing witchcraft for 26 years. I started with my mother as she was a wiccan. She practiced with me around teaching me as a young child I've always felt a strong connection to the craft. Maybe it's because witchcraft goes far back in my family literally all the way to the 1800s and I'm still learning more about my family and how long they practice The Craft but the coolest thing to me would be my great great-great grandma in Cuba who was a high priestess of Santeria. Honestly I believe this is why spells work so quickly for me, I cast spell and with a day or even the same week the spell I casted has worked. Because of this I made a vow to myself and Hekate that I will always try to help others and I will not do harm.

I don't practice anything witchy but I've always been drawn to Witchy things. A lot of things I believe & do align with the practice and this is my first time seeing an altar tour. I've been doing this for most my life, have a special place for all the things I treasure. My mother, sister and I all have beauty marks on our shoulders and my mum always joked saying It was our witch mark.. We were in a coven in our past lives 😂 Anyways, I enjoyed this video.

You were one of the first you tubers I started watching so I thought it was just pronounced altar 😂 so I've been saying altar instead of alter. I love going to fleamarkets yard sales and thrift shops. Oh and I hope you guys a good samhain! Bless y'all.

My witchy journey started strangely. I just collected trinkets and candles and put then on display and eventually I started collecting wooden cases and silver cases and then I got into crystals and poof - spell jars and spells 😅

Honestly I don’t think I’ve ever heard a not-strange way of finding witchcraft, I think it’s part of finding witchcraft 😅🙏🏼

Very nice! Trying to set up a simple alter again. Can you do a video recommending books (or talking) about the gods and goddesses wiccans can work with? I feel like there are many...how would you know who you'd want to work with? Also more witchcraft involving crystals please! Do you recommend any books to do rituals with crystals? A video would be awesome!

The thing about altars is you only need to put what you love onto it. If it's important to you then it's valid and will work fine regardless of monetary value.

I love families of Witches. My 2 daughters, my grand daughter and I are Witches. My granddaughter is 4 and randomly one day came to my room where me and my daughter was talking and she said " mom I'm a Witch." Well ok what could we say we are to even my own mother a whole family of us. We just look at her and told her. "So it is, So it shall be.

I’m a Crone and have been a Witch since age 5 and Love the fact that you’re real when it comes to informing others about our practice/religion. No fluffy bunny crap. And you are correct about Altars. It’s whatever you want to go on it. Items that speak to you. I don’t always have my Altar set up either and glad you mentioned about not showing a working Altar. That’s always been my motto, it’s a BIG no-no to show a working Altar bc there’s a possibility of it being tainted. Beautiful statues of your Goddess and God.
