AltRider MAC Brake Lever Installation

I have a 2024 KTM 500 EXC F and when I changed the clutch lever there was a return spring, but on the brake lever there was no return spring - the lever seems to work fine, just wondering if you know if it is supposed to have had a spring or if it was designed to not have the spring.

Yes, it should have a spring, it's a small spring just to keep tension on the lever so that it's not flopping around as you ride.

I wonder if it was overlooked when the bike was assembled - there was a spring on the clutch lever, but not the brake. It does not seem to be flopping around, do you think it is necessary to contact ktm and get a spring?
