It’s insane. My best friend introduced me to just this song 1 and a half years ago. I loved it but I forgot about it. Nearly a year later, they were having a concert in my city and I decided to go for the first concert of my life to their band, which kind of made me listen to all 3 of their albums. And wow. I haven’t heard this song in years, and now I’m crying as my mind ties it to the last two. We never listened to this song together, but hearing this now I can only think of her. I broke up with her months ago, and did so because I knew it was best for me and believed it was best for her. I still believe this, and yet the pain seems no less for being the one who chose to leave. Although I know she cannot see it now, I believe a happiness awaits her that is far greater than what I could give. Such a gentle soul deserves no less, and I pray she finds it soon.
