@@Thecasey34 I've owned Fords Chevy's and Dodges and they all can be gold diggers ! I had 1 Dodge truck that was just horrible, Every week it was something new in the electrical system going wrong. Good solid truck great body but it was infested with electrical goblins. It was so bad it forced me too buy a new Ford truck ! That ford was the best truck I have ever owned (still do) , Bought it new in 96 put over 300000 miles on it before the engine finally gave out. Other than normal Maintenace I put a new water pump radiator and starter in it over the 18 years I drove it. I still have that truck (old Yellow) and I'm going to rebuild it and see how many more miles I can put on it just cause I can and want to. They all made good ones and they all had there made on late Friday before a holiday weekend when the I dont give a darn if its right or not kicks in ! LOL Bandit

I know just what you mean bandit. I had a dodge that done nothing but leave me stranded. Can’t say this new ford I got is to bad but I feel these aluminum bodies are lot to be desired. Really my biggest issue is doors opening and not shutting on cold days. Never seen a truck do that before.

Good choice on the wheels, being they're Ford wheels, fitment and serviceability should be good. Now, on the big tandem truck, you said you didn't like the transmission, or the way it shifted. You said it was a RoadRanger. That transmission Is Not Synchronized, it is Timed. That means you have to double clutch it with each shift. Or, like most people, learn to "Float" the gears. That means no clutch except to start or stop. It's not hard to learn, but it takes patience and persistence. I've done for so many years, can even Float my wife's little 5 speed Honda Accord. (I call it Her "Doodlebug"). My last Big Truck was a '98 Kenworth T600 with a 13 speed. I'd be Happy to show you how, if that would Help. Well, I look forward to your next Great Adventure. Never did that before, but apparently it works. I definitely like those wheels you put on. You'll have a nice looking truck when you're done. Hope your cousin buys your old truck. I wouldn't waste any time/money working on it. Someone will buy it as a fixer-upper.

Hey Ross two tone is where its at! I'm in the works of two toning my 2006 F250. I miss it! Growing up with 70's and 80's trucks, they had so much more personality! Go for it! Paint it yourself! Great content!

Check your tire size on the door frame . If tire is bigger or smaller it will mess with the speedometer .

Well chances are you already did the reverse lights but if you haven’t take the two bolts out then get something to pry with those light come out straight back.like the new wheels they fit the truck nice

The only screws you have to take out are the two you seen then they snap on the side you have to be kind of careful when you take not to if you don't already have it fixed

Oh Ross never start lug nuts with an impact always by hand. Reason I say that is I busted studs doing that. Wheels look good atleast

You should absolutely do that rust spray video in real time before and after touching up spots. spend the time to take the footage before and after of your work and do some searching on the Internet to see which videos have the most views the way they’re titled and you could make that thing a Clickbait all star.
