I just acquired one from a mechanic they use these for the drive clean program (now abolished in Canada) to take pictures of the car before the e-test. I couldn't believe this camera when I got it home to test it. Thanks for the video it has enlightened me of how good it is.

Did you realized that once you put it on fire, the material will melt and will lose its form and flexibility for shock proof? You had to do the crush proof before fire (wich it never says fire proof). It survived anyway.

only problem with these reviews is that Cnet get given a pre-tested camera by the manufacturers and not one that is purchased off the shop floor. Its not just cnet that does this, all the major tech reviewers do. Reviewers - you need to source the cameras yourself in order to do no biased or reviews.

8:45 the test score is invalid because you did not have it in rice for 1 or 2 days; the time span which you are supposed to have it in a bag of rice for.

but its better to have fish lens than a broken kamera...By the way when you edit the go pro videos they look great and the fish lens isn't noticible...
