I miss being fat. I lost 45 kg in about a year back in 2017 and I definitely don’t miss my body. I love being fit and exercising, taking care of my body, looking at muscles moving in the mirror when I get dressed/undressed, I love pushing myself with workouts. But I miss the mindset I had before losing weight. Food and exercise wasn’t on my mind, it just didn’t exist. These days it’s always on my mind. What I eat, when I eat, when I exercise and what I’ll do. I still buy clothes about 2 sizes too big. And somehow I feel fatter now than I did before losing weight because these days food and exercise is on my mind all the time. So when meals/workouts don’t go the way I hoped, I instantly feel fat. And I’m terrified to gain back them kgs. It’s a struggle. I know it highly unhealthy, all of what I mentioned. But I’m managing. I hope I haven’t triggered anyone by my words. Keep up the great work. Much love. x

For the non-adhesion issue you're having, I've recently installed the same privacy film on my windows and they've been stuck for months -- what worked is actually smothering the window with soapy water with your hand or a spunge - and then placing the film and using like a credit card (or any stiff plastic) to smooth it out and remove all the bubbles and excess soapy water from underneath the film and wiping it off -- worked like a charm!
@jaspymon2 жыл бұрын
It could also be because it's cold outside in Colorado, so the film may have a harder time gripping the cold windows.

In Canada poppies are synonymous with Remembrance Day, because of the poem "In Flanders Fields" which describes poppies growing on an entire field of soldiers graves, so painting them on your skull would be very apt! everyone wears poppies on our lapels in November because of this, I didnt know that it was a Canadian thing until I heard you question what they are!

I have had that sort of dysphoric moment when I've lost weight and it perplexed me so much the first time it happened because I logically was proud of my progress but emotionally I was scared because I was afraid that the change meant achievement and that meant I might fall from some new height of achievement. I’ve lost 130 lbs and it’s SO weird for my brain to handle. I do feel like you randomly notice the change in your body some days and not others. I also sometimes think I’ve injured myself and realize it’s not a bump, it’s a bone that used to be buried under more fat. 😂 P.S. I’m like you. I LOVE food, so even though I was frustrated that I was losing faster than some internet people, I eventually hit my goal while also enjoying my damn food. 😂

I only lost 40 lbs, but the difference was so dramatic. I couldn’t really “see” the change until my ring started slipping off my finger. I looked at my hands- they were so thin and spindly. Bony. My 5 year old is exactly like me, but he's at the age where hanging out with his older brother is more fun. I'm 38 and making friends isn't easy, let alone in a pandemic, so here I am. I've been watching you from the beginning. My mother's name was Beatrice, so there's that too. You are appreciated even if it's from afar. BTW I want your LOP shirt(the site doesn't sell them anymore) and what kind of tea kettle is that?

When you were washing dishes and your back to the camera, I totally thought you looked slimmer. That was before the scene where you said you felt it. Great job!! Keep it up!

Bea’s “Idc” mentality when it comes to comments she didn’t ask for is the mood all 2022 ✨

My first thought was, “Don’t you have any measuring cups?” Lol.

That was so funny. I’ll chuckle about that for awhile now.

this totally happens to me too, dude. The thing where you turn around and suddenly there's shit all over your house? lol ADHD, my dude. ADHD. I was diagnosed last spring and the realizations are PLENTIFUL.

Bea as much as you love to dance and listen to music I don’t understand why you haven’t tried dance workouts! There are so many on KZbin and they’re so fun and it doesn’t feel like you’re exercising!

Clicked so fast! Monday, who? They should rename it Beaday! You inspired me to start my own channel and I finally uploaded my first video today. I'm in a constant state of get it together, too. You're not alone. Hopefully we both can! 🦕 There are two groups who dominate this space - fitness gurus who don't understand and HAES. Then there are people like you and me trying to redefine it. Your food looked delicious and moderation is key! You got this.

I know exactly what you mean in terms of consistent weight loss and feeling like you don’t recognize yourself when progress is happening. It is weird indeed. I definitely been following you and so proud of your persistence ! Keep going! I tend to just spend more time looking in the mirror and getting to know the new/ continuing you and celebrate it! Or wear something super cute and go out ☺️

Hey Bea! Love that you bought the rainbow contact paper! I actually have the same stuff on the windows in my home! I found that using a credit car or something to “ squeegee” helped a lot! I started at the top with the card and pushed the water down until little to no water came down! It was also pretty satisfying getting rid of the air bubbles 🤷🏼♀️Maybe this will help ☺️

Omg, the way you threw and kicked the clothes around and the rest of this video......we are soul sisters lol. This could have easily been a video of my day....except the working out....I am still too lazy to do that even though I need to. Love it!!❤

Yes, I’ve noticed the loose fat when I’ve been to the gym and toning up my muscles under my fat. It’s kind of a weird feeling. Just have to say you are more normal than you think or you wouldn’t have the following you have. You are so relatable! 😘

I appreciate you so much Bea!! You help me so much with starting to get my shit together. I also have adhd, and we have such similar bodies, so you give me so much motivation to start getting into a healthier mindset and build new habits. Thank you for making me feel like I’m not alone with my struggles, and that it’s possible to change old habits. I’m so happy I found your channel last year!!

8:31 I struggle a lot with disociation/depersonalisation/derealisation (girl my dyslexic brain did not enjoy doing ALL that haha), so I feel you so hard on that one! Mine seems to be worse in public spaces, so it could deffo be association based. It's a really scary feeling/experience, so I'm happy you're checking in with yourself and noticing when it comes up. You're doing amazing!!
