Can you share some examples of the meals made and maybe some of the supplements you changed. Also, I agree. It’s so hard when in a relationship and with a 2 year old and a work from home stay at home mom. And especially telling friends no. You lose friends. Which in turn, affects people’s mental health. Going on a health journey, you need supportive and understanding people in your corner.

I feel like the issue with changing your diet is having the money to do so. my bills are so incredibly high that all I can afford is cheap things like ramen, spaghetti, and rice. occasionally I can get some meats and produce, but being in lower class sucks. same with the gym/pilates. I live in an area where we dont have access to Pilates, and the gym isnt in my budget so I have to resort to at home work outs with no gym equipment

“There’s nothing wrong with the gym” she said. You’re right, there’s literally zero wrong with the gym. The gym is the most amazing place to be. Going to the gym is great for your body, you get to build muscle which is crucial specially for us women as we age. But it’s also phenomenal for your mind, it’s a form of therapy. Also don’t be scared. you will never get too muscular by casually dabbling in weightlifting, you need to dedicate your time, energy and be disciplined and consistent enough to see results. There’s no way to build muscle by just grabbing a couple of 5lbs dumbbells and doing biceps curls, let alone by doing body weight exercises. But you guys look pretty in your cute pilates outfits 😅

Also we can see how much growth you both had since a couple of years and its just so inspiring!! Also Yas: can we please have a more in depth video about your journey, what did you read during that time (topic of book wise), what food did you cut out of decrease the intake?, what was your favorite produce/meals (like a what i eat in a day), did you vary your workout or just pilates like 5 days a weeks/everyday? how did you went about to regulate your sleep scedule? - i feel that yes “weight loss” is a touchy subject, but i see it more as just getting overall healthier and getting your life in check and i feel like its so inspiring to see how much of a difference it made in your life because yes, it feels like you are glowing inside & out!! Also naz: loved the dress in this video!! Suits you so well! Ps-the kavari crew wants more videos from you both, like the good old time 😍 (if that’s doable with both your busy life🩷)

I stopped going the gym and just kinda stayed to myself and also eat much more and not just stopped caring about life I didn’t find a reason to be live. This all caused to gain so much weight and I have so hard on myself and it’s caused more weight gain then lose and my mental health. I definitely will take a step back and breath and take slow and recover the best that I can and not pressure myself to use weight but instead learn more and be there for myself and my health to that I can be the best version of my self. Does yaz have a Virgo moon? Asking bc of her tummy issues 😭 it’s SOOOO important to know that the stomach doesn’t just digest food. It’s the solar plexus where our will power, drive & confidence lives. It’s digesting the people, the emotions, environment and the energies around you. The stomach symbolizes what you receive, which requires discernment & openness- the feminine in us. It’s not a coincidence how Naz is the “fireball” bc those that suffer from this suppress their aggression (they get eaten up inside) or show it TOO much. Tie this back to the teeth, the first part of digestion. Chewing requires “aggression” so be extra mindful of chewing slowly. To put it simply ✨ stomach sufferers are not willing to be confrontational. Get daily unfiltered sun on your bellies, it needs that solar coding i promise ☀️
