What do you think of these new fares? 🎯Drive smarter, not harder with Solo: therideshareguy.com/joesolo

Mispricing rides, through top off scheme, should not be allowed. Undesirable rides need additional incentives or bonuses all of their own.

I would have nearly zero complaints if I had this where I live. The only thing that needs fixed it appropriate compensation for trips with stops.

Here on long island in new york we don't get any information driving blind here. No upfront fares or destination it's complete bs. Lyft however does show the information but the pay is garbage something needs to be done

Upgrade, but is probably a nightmare in suburban areas without period 2 pay. You also kinda get screwed out of surge.

What im paying attention to is how far this gig has gotten away from simply picking up someone and dropping them off. It’s amazing how foul play isn’t recognized by the government.

Their offer of more money is too late~ Wridz is doing to replace the Big 2 & drivers want U & L GONE! Great vid~
@BrandonBuildsWebsites22 сағат бұрын
Wridz fails to advertise to riders and relies too much on drivers to do this. Plus, they still dictate how much the ride will cost vs how much the driver will earn. A TRUE independent contractor rideshare app would allow the driver to set their own rates. The local economy would take care of itself; if the driver's rates are too high, they would get fewer rides, and if they are too low they would get all the shitty people, lol. Empower and Indrive have accomplished this, but they are not expanding as fast as I would like...

$2.65 is not an advance. The boost was $2.10 and and tip $2.65. Sounds like they just stole your tip or boost!

Why can't these companies just pay the correct amount at the completion of each job.🤔

because they need to weed out the workers who aren't serious.. workers who take it serious get their bread man.. we don't need everybody and their momma tryna drive Uber when they all aren't going to treat it with the same respect.. simple as that..!

@@flip8702 i suppose you can spin it and make it however you'd like.. but as an Uber driver and a user myself, i personally come across drivers who do not take it seriously, who's cars are dirty, who complain about everything.. riders who don't take the numbers seriously, and who only work when it's convenient for them.. Uber is not going to promote every single person that wants to come on the app just because it's available.. i have zero problem with how much i make and get paid.. but i also take it seriously, and i work my buns off, and make a grip of money.. it's not that hard to understand.. but sure..

After watching 90% of the video, I don’t wanna add that pricing can be the same nationwide in this country minimum guarantees need to be exponentially higher. The minimum pay guarantee for every driver nationwide on any of these apps should be between 95 and $155 per hour. That is the minimum bracket where after expenses we might be able to make a living wage and do this for a full-time single income source and as you get more experience and hiring from passengers, your pay should be booted up basically if you start as an Uber driver at $90 per hour Guaranteed by your 10th year you should be making 3 to 5 times that amount blue-collar workers and people that actually work jobs or operate rideshare businesses like this should be the ones making 6 to 7 figures a year borderline eight figures athletes don’t need to make all that damn money Millionaire tops if they are good and if they’re extra good, maybe 2 to 3,000,000 a year but the people that should be making tens of millions or more are people in service based industries, labor intensive industries things like law-enforcement firefighting, EMS medical field restaurants, grocery stores, security personnelrideshare, drivers, etc. But in order for that to happen, we need people with brains in this country

I don't get if your area has a minimum guarantee, why don't they just hit miles and time in the price when ride is booked. Isn't hard. Just shows they can't even program the system to run at certain rates

At the end of the operation No one is making money, just surviving. After Car Depreciation, Gas, Services, Tires, Insurance, Damage to your Health, NO promotion Never, after 5, 10, 15 years, you will be in the same place and they can kick you out in 1 second if someone lie about you. Start a small business, get training in something, in 5 years you will have a stablished business or career. This platforms are easy to work, just turn on the car, drive and then cash out, money the same day, that’s why thousands of drivers can’t leave it, but it’s NOT worth it. The Same money that drivers invest in car, insurance, gas, etc. (real numbers are from 25,000 to 40,000 per year) Just to run driving operations, the Same money can be invest to start something and less risk. Some people says I just got a used cheap car, but plus the rest of costs that many people doesn’t put to much attention, the cheapest operation cost will be around 20,000 and not driving too much. Then you get old and after 10 years driving, you are just expert to know directions. Maybe works for some people, but it’s a minority.
