Ingredients :
For marination:
Fish pieces - 3 kg
Ginger and garlic paste- 1 1/2 tablespoon
Fenugreek powder- 1 tablespoon
Asafoetida powder- 1/2 tablespoon
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tablespoon
Pepper powder-2 tablespoon
Salt-as needed
For the pickle:
Mustard seeds- 1 tablespoon
Ginger - 100 gram
Garlic - 15 whole garlic
Shallots-6 cloves
Kashmiri Chilly powder- 100 gram
Asafoetida powder- 1 tablespoon
Nallenna -as required
Salt -to taste
curry leaves -4 or 5 sprigs
Vinegar-50 ml
