This is my 3rd time doing this workout. It is getting easier. I never thought it would because I have back issues and the first time it knocked me out. الحمد لله I have never been this consistent with workouts especially during Ramadan. I love how your workouts are thoughtful and tailored to Ramadan life around prayer. And you even thought about the aunties and uncles in our lives! They can do some of these workouts too!

SubhanAllah that lobster twist exercise is a killer! Wallahi I'm so proud of myself for completing the workout cause my core was burning! Also quick question, should I be feeling a pull/tightness at the crease of my hips on the front sides with some of those exercises which required the pulling and pushing of my legs?

AsSalaamu Alaykum. Great question! The pull that you're feeling is due to your quadriceps (four muscles on the front of your thighs) activating while doing this movement. Your quadriceps are helping keep your upper body up during the movement, and are responsible for the push and pull of your legs! So with the pull, you know your quadriceps are working! 💪

I started to practice more and more, since watching the 4 morning tips to get energized, Alhamdulllah. Hope you have new videos for the upcoming Ramadhan. :) I have a question, when i perform bycicle crunch, i heard some sound on my hip bones / joints. Is it normal because i rarely do work out ? please advise Jazakallah khoiran katsira

Mostly avoid the activities which causing the poping sound in hip. It will go away on its own.

I can't do the Peeling Pull 4:58. I always have to turn to my side and literally hold my leg to pull myself up. 😅 Hopefully I'll continue exercising until I can successfully Peel myself up without any "help".

Javeria G everyone is different! If exercise wires you up and makes it difficult for you to sleep, then stop. But for many people (like me) exercise can actually help you sleep better! So give it a try :) especially these workouts are more strength focused so they should be fine before bed iA.
