You both are doing a great job, your videos are good and the exercises you share are effective. Have made both the download but the only concern of mine are the name you mention on the chart vs your video title, they are confusing. It takes good time of mine compare and search the correct video. At times i just give up. Request you to please make it simple titles.

Found this really hard as I have quite bad knees and it had a lot of moves that were uncomfortable so I had to do the arm movements only which was a shame. Tried to do as much as I could.
