I found this very moving. I am happy to hear Amanda is in a much better place. SA causes neurological changes in your brain. It’s tough sledding to try and rewire. The good news: growing older provides clarity and freedom. Go Amanda! I am cheering you on!

So, my daughter was a huge fan of Amandas. All I ever heard were 2 names. Amanda and Hillary. So we grew up together watching her in movies and such. When we saw Easy A we were both knocked back while watching her performance. How ironic when I say this being that her character was very religious but Amanda herself to me looked like spiritual chaos. My daughter just felt like she was different. I wish she would come out about her abuse. She's is trying to cover the pain of trauma, I recognize it. Sending her a virtual big teddy bear hug.

I hate that these people got away with all of this for all those years. I was a young mother when these shows were out, and when the internet was just beginning with MySpace and all that. I wish they all could have spoken out. I wish they’d all come forward and put out a joint statement calling out all the names and all the incidents. Bring it all to light and don’t let anymore monsters feel comfortable ever again! I have no idea who the blinds were about, and wish you’d say the names now they it has been over a decade or nearly a decade. In any case, this hurt. A lot. Many of us came up when abuse was swept under the rug, and our children came up when it was being brought to light and people were no longer afraid of calling it out. But LA is an evil place. I don’t know how anyone can escape the dark tendrils and remain living in there or near there.

When she had her face tattooed, i wonder was it just part of her breakdown, or was it an attempt at destroying her beautiful face to put predators off? Or was it rebellion, or a mix of all three of these factors

Wow! Enty, You are the one person it seems she has trusted over the years to tell her story. Let her know we believe her! I believe what she said about her father and every man after. It’s so sad and I hope she can heal. She is so young and still has her life ahead of her to work on her recovery. Maybe it’s just me, but revenge can be the best medicine 🦂

I have always loved Amanda and wished the best for her - still do. She is smart, talented and beautiful inside and out. I'm heartbroken to hear of the terrible things she's gone through. Trauma can give you mental health issues that you never would have had. Drug use is often a way to cope. I understand her actions and I wish she would have had a family member to protect her. Amanda, if you're reading this, please know there are a great many who love and believe you. Do whatever you need to do to have a healthy happy life. If that includes naming names, just know you will have a lot of support. Keep only good mental health professionals. Maybe a move out of CA would be helpful? But - Definitely getting closer to Jesus, Our Lord and Savior will help to guide you. We're praying for you. Love and big hugs ❤❤❤

In the last episode ( part 1 Amanda Bynes) u mentioned her saying she had “different personalities “ for dealing with things , how she acted sexy out of nowhere .. did u ever think maybe she was mk ultra ?
@4beachpeaches3 күн бұрын
No. She was dealing with it the best she could. As an adult survivor of child abuse, that is exactly how most of us survived. We turned things off and other things on as needed. It is a complete trauma response.

How horrible. She was so young. Of course you would be messed up, but she is a survivor, and intelligent, and a fighter. You go girl. You will outlast all those creeps. And imagine all the poor people around Diddy. I hope Justin is able to be as brave as Amanda.

Part 1 was heartbreaking. Loved her on snick....aka Saturday night nicoloden. But when she got the show on the WB I always felt that something had happened idk , just felt a darkness around her.( IMO)Hollyweird did her so wrong. We believe you Amanda and pray for you. D.S is a fat nasty piece of crap. Now that lump of crap ALWAYS gave me the creeps. Loved Head of the Class, hated him. And I was pretty young then and could still see what he eventually turned n2. 😢
